This was our first official overseas trip for our top employees of the year. Steelformer Co.,LTD. rewarded it's top employees of the year (15+staff members) a full expense paid trip to China. The duration of the trip was about 2 weeks and allowed the staff to enjoy themselves in a relaxed environment while traveling to many beautiful cities in China such as Beijing and Shanghai. Each year our top employees are chosen and given the reward of traveling to a new international destination around the world. This is a wonderful incentive for our staff. It also gives our staff a broader prospective on different cultures and allows them to meet different people from all over the world and to experience their beautiful cultures that their countries have to offer.
